Looking After Employees’ Wellbeing
Our employees’ wellbeing is of enormous importance to us. We chart various dimensions of employee wellbeing annually with global Gemalto PeopleQuest survey, which helps us to lay out the principles and actions to be used for personnel development in each site.
We encourage our employees to take care of themselves, both physically and mentally. Our site boasts a gym, sauna, and swimming pool for our employees’ daily use.
Our personnel also has the opportunity to participate in exercise groups on the premises as well as in designated groups supporting work abilities, such as a weight-watching group. In addition, Gemalto supports its employees’ wellbeing with exercise and cultural vouchers, and with movie tickets.
Various recreational clubs also are active within the company, and we have cabins in Meri-Teijo and Ylläs for employee use.
Occupational Health Care Station is located at Vantaa site which makes it easy for you to look after your health.
Vantaa site is a non-smoking workplace.
