Your induction will begin as soon as you arrive at Gemalto on your first day as our employee. You are familiarized with the central practices of a security and quality conscious work environment, and the special features of your job are gone through step by step in accordance with our induction program.

 

After induction, your skills are maintained and developed by various means. From the corporate perspective, continuous development of skills equals creating opportunities, and from the employee’s point of view, it is about active utilization of those opportunities.

 

Annual appraisals between each employee and the closest manager provide a good channel allowing employees to express their development wishes and ambitions; our goal is to have multi-talented personnel in every department.

 

In addition to self-directed learning and self-training, we offer apprenticeships, in-house training, and possibilities for learning-at-work and job rotation.
